Account & data deletion

This page lets the director of a dental clinic request deletion of an account and its associated data. To confirm the request is made by the director, the form is available only after sign-in.

Director sign-in

To confirm the request is made by the director, sign in with your ONOICRM account (the same login and password as in the app). The deletion form opens after sign-in.

No access to your account? Send a request by e-mail (see below).

Request by e-mail

If you have no access to your account, send a request with the subject "Account deletion" to hello@onoicrm.com, including your e-mail (login) and clinic name.

Deletion in the mobile app

You can also delete the account in the app: Profile → Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

  • The staff account and associated profile (full name, e-mail, phone, photo, role).
  • Authorization tokens and the device push token.
  • Local app data on the device (offline cache of records and appointments, settings).

What is kept and why

  • Clinic and patient data (patient records, appointments, payments) belong to the clinic as controller and are not deleted together with an individual staff account. They are deleted on the clinic's request.
  • Some records may be kept for the period required by law (for example, for accounting and tax purposes), after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Timeframe

Deletion of the staff account and associated personal data is completed within 7 business days of receiving the request, except for data we are required to keep by law.
